This recipe of cold coffee and chocolate cream is ideal for a summer dessert, easy and quick to make, but above all very tasty! For those who do not want to give up coffee even in hot weather, this is a delicious alternative to the classic cold coffee, ideal to serve to amaze guests.

Ingredients for cream (serves 6 cups):
- 250 g of fresh cream
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of strong coffee
- 50 g of dark chocolate
Ingredients for decoration:
- flakes chocolate or decorations to taste
Preparation: prepare the coffee and let it cool completely. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and let the chocolate cool off. Whip the cream until stiff with the icing sugar. Stir in the coffee, stirring gently from bottom to top with the spatula. Repeat to incorporate the melted chocolate. Put the cream in the fridge for at least an hour. Once cold, put it in a pastry bag and fill the cups.
Decoration: chocolate flakes or other decorations can be used to decorate the cold coffee and chocolate cream.
